To request a commission, please fill in this form. I'll get back to you as soon as possible!

1. Regarding the use of commissions

1.1. By default, an art commission is meant strictly for the client's personal, non-commercial use. If you are interested in hiring me for commercial purposes (that means any use intended to generate revenue or promote a product, service, or brand), please e-mail me at fernanda7adami@gmail.com, as these services are not covered by the standard price list and are subject to a formal contract. Commercial or promotional use without permission is forbidden.

1.2. Whenever using a commissioned artwork, please credit it properly. Do not remove my signature or alter/edit the art.

1.3. Do NOT, in ANY circumstances, use my art in NFTs or to train Generative AI models.

1.4. Any commissioned art is still my intellectual property, meaning I can post it to my socials or portfolio as per my will. However, if an NDA/private art is needed, extra fees are applicable, as discussed in section 3.

2. Regarding the themes and workflow of commissions

2.1. I will not work with "crossed communication". Meaning, do not commission me on behalf of another. In order to avoid miscommunications and rework, I'd rather communicate directly with the final client.

2.2. The client has the right to request anything for the commissioned art EXCEPT for the following (which I WILL NOT do under any circumstances):

• Any NSFW or suggestive content including feral (i.e. characters share little to no human characteristics traits associated with full furry/anthro beings, including but not limited to non-sapient four-legged characters) and underage characters
• Vehicles
• Robots and Mechas
• Fetish content (including, but not limited to, macro/micro, babyfur/ABDL, vore, inflation, etc)
• Sexualized gore
• Extreme violence/gore
• Hate content or any kind of implicit prejudice towards social minorities
• Any themes regarding suicide and self-harm
• Rape/non-consensual sexual content

2.3. That being said, here are some themes I DO offer:

• NSFW content including, but not limited to: Artistic nudity, suggestive and explicit poses, mild to explicit sexual content, etc.
• Sceneries and landscapes
• Props and objects
• Humans, humanoids, anthro and monster art
• Ferals in non-sexual context
• Varied styles such as anime, cute and toony, although references are needed.

2.4. The basic workflow of a commissioned art goes as follows (as applicable by each style's finalization):

1) Exploration & rough sketches: In this stage, you'll receive the base shape of your idea for approval, with rough lines. This is the stage in which you can request major changes in the execution, such as poses, angles or composition.

2) Refined sketch: After rough sketch approval, we'll start refining the sketch to better solidify the idea. In this stage, we can go through minor changes, such as expressions or small gestures, but any major changes that affect the structure of the artwork from this point on will be charged additional.

3) Linework & base colors: Here we'll work on the definitive outline of your commission. No changes on the outline can be requested beyond this point. We'll also work on the base colors, which can be freely revised or corrected before approval.

4) Base shadows & lighting: This step is only available on the classic style and scenery illustrations. Here we'll work on the light and shadows of your commission. No changes in base color can be made here, but small changes in effects, details and lighting can take place.

5) Finalization and final delivery: After applying the final filters, you'll get your final delivery. Here you can request additional file versions, such as transparent background or without effect and filters layers. Your art can be sent via email, telegram, discord or google drive link.

3. Regarding payments

3.1. Payment is made via PayPal Goods and Services invoice only.

3.2. (PT-BR only) Para brasileiros residentes no Brasil, pagamento é aceito apenas via PIX.

3.3. There are 3 ways to pay for your commission:

• Upfront in full, before starting the sketch
• Half the agreed price upfront, and the other half before the rough sketch
• Longer payment plans are available for commissions above $120, in which we can discuss privately before starting the sketch

3.4 After paying for my services:

• Client will be added to my public workflow on Trello
• Commissions are queued up and completed on a first-come, first-served basis, unless a priority fee has been agreed upon in advance.

3.5. My regular TAT (turnaround time) ranges from minimum 3 weeks and maximum of 2 months. If commissioner needs their art to be delivered faster, inform it in your request. A priority fee will be applicable proportional on how much faster the commissioner needs their art delivered. We'll discuss details privately.

3.6. If you need privacy or NDA on your commission, an NDA fee of 80% of the final price is required, and in this case, the art will not be posted to my socials or added to portfolio.

4. Regarding cancellations and refunds

4.1. Cancellations may be done anytime before the rough sketch starts and refund is applicable, but a refund fee of 40% will be retained. If cancellation is done after the rough sketch stage, this fee will be increased proportional to stage of completion of the art, with no refunds being applicable after the Base shadows & lighting stage. You may keep any art you end up with after cancellation, but you're not allowed to edit, finish it yourself or have another artist finish it without my permission.

4.2. If I do not achieve the agreed deadline or my turnaround time of two months, a full refund is applicable.

Finally, please exercise basic human decency during the entire process. Feel free to contact me via email or socials if you have any questions.

You need to accept the terms before proceeding.
